I placed my order to the wrong Juice It Up! location, what do I do?

Please immediately call the store from which you ordered from to ensure they do not fill your order. Your emailed order confirmation will include the phone number for the store.

How do I become a Juice It Up! Rewards® member?

Download our Juice It Up! app and create an account. Every time you visit Juice It Up!, scan your app to earn points and redeem rewards! You can also order online and receive your points instantly!

How do I earn rewards?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on all menu items, excluding tax, gratuity, and gift card purchases. Once you collect 50 points, you earn a $5 reward to use on your menu favorites. Keep track of your points and rewards in the Juice It Up! app under “Rewards”.

How do I become a Livin’ Life Juiced rewards member?

All members start out as a Livin’ Life member (0-499 annual points). To become a Livin’ Life Juiced member, and earn at that rewards level, you must earn 500 points in a 12-month period.

How do I request to add missing points?

In the Juice It Up! Rewards® mobile app, select “Add Receipt for Missed Loyalty Points” from the main menu and follow the instructions for the request. Be sure to complete all submission fields and attach an image of your receipt.

How long does it take to see missing points added to my account?

If approved, points will be visible in your account within 48-72 hours. You will receive an email on your request status.

How do I claim my Birthday Reward?

Be sure to include your birthday information when you register for Juice It Up! Rewards® so that we can send you a special gift to celebrate when the time comes. Members that complete a qualifying transaction prior to their registered birthday will receive a free medium Classic Smoothie that is valid for 30 days from the date the reward is issued. Order your free Classic Smoothie in-store and scan your app at the register to redeem. Or, you can order your selection in the mobile app for quick and convenient pick-up. Be sure your reward is toggled on for the offer to apply.

Where can I buy a gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased in-store, online via, or on our app. Please download the latest Juice It Up! Android app or iPhone app.
