I placed my order to the wrong Juice It Up! location, what do I do?
Please immediately call the store from which you ordered from to ensure they do not fill your order. Your emailed order confirmation will include the phone number for the store.
Where can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in-store, online via juiceitup.cardfoundry.com, or on our app. Please download the latest Juice It Up! Android app or iPhone app.

You can check your Juice It Up! gift card balance here. You can also visit any Juice It Up! location and a team member will be able to assist you.

When I migrate my account will my reward points and offers remain in my account?
Yes! Any points towards earning a reward, any existing offers and/or gift cards will remain in your account.
How do I migrate my account to the new Juice It Up! Rewards® program?
- If you have automatic updates set, your Juice It Up! app will update to the latest version If not, go to the App Store or Play Store and update.
- Open the Juice It Up! app and select ”Get Started”, then “Yes” to migrate your existing account.
- Make sure to use the same email address associated with your current Juice It Up! Rewards® account and complete the required fields.
- Verify your account using the steps provided.
- Migration complete! A $3 Bonus Reward will be added to your account.
If you were not prompted to migrate your account, follow these steps:
- Select “Sign Up” from the main screen.
- Create a new account using the email address associated with your current Juice It Up! Rewards® loyalty account.
- Once you fill out all the required fields and tap register, you will see a pop up that says enter your “Migration Verification Code”.
- The migration verification code will be emailed to the email address associated with your rewards account.
- Once you enter this code, any points towards earning a reward, and any existing offers and/or gift cards will show up in your account. And, a $3 Bonus Reward will be added to your account.
How do I become a Juice It Up! Rewards® member?
Download our Juice It Up! app and create an account. Every time you visit Juice It Up!, scan your app to earn points and redeem rewards! You can also order online and earn points instantly.
How are points earned?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on all menu items, excluding tax, gratuity, and gift card purchases. Once you collect 50 points, you earn a $5 reward to use on your menu favorites. Keep track of your points and rewards in the Juice It Up! app under “Rewards”!
How do I become a VIP or Elite member?
All members start out at the Member status level (0-99 annual points). To become a VIP, and earn at that rewards level, you must earn 100-499 points in a 12-month period. To achieve Elite status, and earn at that rewards level, you must earn 500+ points in a 12-month period.
How do I know my status level?
You can check your status level by opening the Juice It Up! app and tapping “Rewards”.
How do I earn points?
Earn Points In-Store
- Tap “Earn” and a QR code will appear on your screen
- Scan the QR code at the register prior to payment
Redeem a Reward and Earn Points In-Store
- Tap “Rewards”, select the offer you would like to use by clicking “Redeem In Store” and a QR code will appear on your screen
- Scan the QR code at the register prior to payment
Scan Your Receipt
- Forgot to scan in-store? No worries. In the Juice It Up! Rewards® app, select “Earn” and scan the QR code printed on your receipt.
Mobile Orders
If you place a mobile order on the Juice It Up! app, your points are automatically added to your account!
Online at juiceitup.com
If you place an online order, sign-in with your Juice It Up! Rewards® account prior to checkout and your points will automatically be added to your account.
How do I add missing points?
In the Juice It Up! Rewards® app, select “Earn” and scan the QR code printed on your receipt.
Please Note: The QR code is only valid for 15 days from time of purchase so don’t delay!
How long does it take to see missing points added to my account?
Points will be added within 24 hours after you have scanned your receipt.
Do I earn points when purchasing/reloading or redeeming gift cards?
Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, not purchased or reloaded.
Do my Rewards Points expire?
Yes. Rewards Points that have not converted to a $ reward will expire on the final day of your 12-month earning period when your membership status is evaluated.
I earned a reward/have an offer. How do I redeem it?
In-store:
- View the “Rewards” section in the app prior to placing your order. Select the offer you would like to redeem and select “Redeem In Store”. Scan the QR reward QR code at the register prior to payment. Make sure you are ordering the qualifying items (if applicable) for your offer to apply, otherwise the offer will fail.
Note: If you do not redeem your reward within 60 minutes, it will be returned to your account
Juice It Up! Mobile App Orders:
- View the “Rewards” section in the app prior to placing your order. Select the offer you would like to redeem and select “Use Now With a Mobile Order”. This will automatically apply the offer to your cart. Make sure you are ordering the qualifying items (if applicable) for your offer to apply, otherwise the offer will not apply to your order.
- Alternatively, you can also start your order from the “Order” screen and select the offer you would like to use at checkout by selecting it from the list of your available offers by selecting “Available Offers”.
Online Orders:
- Place your online order. At check-out, select the offer you wish to redeem. Complete your checkout and submit your order.
Will I get a birthday reward?
Be sure to include your birthday information when you register for Juice It Up! Rewards® so that we can send you a special gift to celebrate when the time comes. Members that complete a qualifying transaction prior to their registered birthday will receive a free medium Classic Smoothie that is valid for 15 days from the date the reward is issued.
My purchase total is less than my $5/$6 Reward. Can I redeem part of it now and the rest later?
You must use the reward in its entirety. Any unused reward funds will not be credited back to your account.
Can I use more than one $ Reward at a time?
$ Rewards can be saved, but only one can be redeemed per transaction.
I have multiple rewards/offers, can I apply them all to one purchase?
You can only redeem one reward/offer per transaction.
What are membership status qualifying points?
There are three benefit levels of Rewards Program membership: Member, VIP, and Elite. Membership levels are determined by the number of points (status qualifying points) earned in a 12-month period (“Earning Period”). Membership levels are: Member (0-99 points), VIP (100-499 points), and Elite (500+ points). Once a Member achieves a certain benefit level, the Member will remain at that level for a 12-month period unless they earn enough points to achieve a higher tier. At the close of the 12-month period, the Member’s status qualifying points and rewards points will be reset and their membership status will be determined on the number of points earned in that 12-month period.
